Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times We ship internationally to over 230 countries. Estimated delivery times:

• South Africa: 7–20 business days
• International: 14–35 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
